You have to ASK for ketchup when you order food "to go". I remember when they used to GIVE you ketchup as part of the standard "food-to-go" kit. They would even put in packets of mustard, mayo and relish! Relish! You can't even find that in little packets anymore, let alone expect to have it included in your bag to go. The folks at the food place act like they're doing you a big favor when they give you your ketchup. Most places wouldn't even THINK of putting a napkin in your bag. You're on your own for that. If you forget it, you'll be wiping your hands on your pants.
