You Better Sit Down For This...

LONDON —  Here's a new warning from health experts: Sitting is deadly. Scientists are increasingly warning that sitting for prolonged periods — even if you also exercise regularly — could be bad for your health.

So unless you're standing on your head looking at your Blackberry right now,  stop reading! This is earth shattering!  Who knew that couch potatoes were unhealthy?  All these years they seemed like the ideal physical specimens.  What's science going to tell us next, a steady diet of caffeine and cheese doodles is bad for us?
