In its first-ever toy created for the canine community, Mattel is introducing a product called "Puppy Tweets" that meshes the hugely popular Twitter with consumers' love of pets.What kind of updates will a dog have? "Sniffing a tree. Sniffing a mailbox. Sniffing an unidentified glob of something." In my house, we don't want the dog on the couch, this device will force us to let him on the computer! I suppose the upside of this might be if dogs start using online social networks to communicate, maybe it will cut down on the amount of time sniffing each other's rear ends.
