Judge Not...Yeah, Right.

Gavel & Stryker
Quick!

Yes or No...
The Bible says, "Do not judge your neighbor."
Yes!
I mean...no!
Right?
Well, it SHOULD say that...
Judging another person is wrong.
...that's my judgment anyway.
Live and let live!
Wear a blindfold.
Otherwise, you might see ugly people.
"Do not judge your neighbor!"
You might see gorgeous people.
"Do not judge your neighbor!"
Wear earplugs.
Otherwise, you'll hear someone say something stupid!
"Do not judge your neighbor!"
Penn State fired Jerry Sandusky.
"Do not judge your neighbor!"
Charles Manson was sent to prison.
"Do not judge your neighbor!"
Mitt Romney shut down some corporations.
"Do not judge your neighbor!"
Some men beat their wives and kids.
"Do not judge your neighbor!"
Terrorists blow up schools.
"Do not judge your neighbor!"
Never pass judgement on anyone for anything.
I dare you!
And when you discover that it's impossible
Reread the scripture you've been quoting.
It's Matthew chapter 7 (but I'm sure you already knew that).
Does it really say "Never judge another person"?
I'm not going to offer my interpretation.
I don't want you to feel judged.
